DESCRIPTION
OLEOVAC NW+AIV H5N1 is an inactivated vaccine in oil emulsion that helps prevent Avian Influenza (H5N1) and Newcastle (NW) disease, produced in cell cultures.
COMPOSITION
OLEOVAC NW+AIV H5N1 contains chemically inactivated Avian Influenza (H5N1) and Newcastle disease (NDV) viruses emulsified in mineral oil. Excipients c.s.p. 0.3 ml (1 dose). Contains more than 3.0 µg of HA per dose.
INDICATIONS
OLEOVAC NW+AIV H5N1 is indicated for the vaccination of healthy birds (broilers, laying birds and breeders), as an aid in the prevention of Avian Influenza (H5N1) and Newcastle.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE
Before administration, the vaccine should be stabilized at room temperature and shaken vigorously before application. Inject 0.3 ml per bird from the first week of age and according to the indications of the responsible veterinarian, subcutaneously (neck).
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store the vaccine refrigerated between 2°C and 7°C. Do not freeze. Protect from sunlight.
PRECAUTIONS
Before using the vaccine it should be stabilized at room temperature (+-25°C). Shake vigorously before applying. Inject properly to avoid reactions in the area of application. Avoid freezing. Keep at room temperature during application. Accidental injection in humans can cause severe inflammatory reactions. Any leftover vaccine and empty container must be destroyed by burning. Use immediately after the product is reconstituted. Sale under prescription of the veterinarian.
