It is a modern and technified laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment for the production of different types of vaccines. Bacterial vaccines are produced on a large scale liquid culture platform through SARTORIUS bioreactors. For the production of oily inactivated vaccines we have IKA micro and nano emulsifiers. Finally, for the production of live attenuated vaccines produced under an SPF embryonic egg system, we have PAS REFORM incubators. It is important to mention that all our clothing and materials used for the manufacture of our vaccines are sterile thanks to the digitized autoclaves and a series of additional equipment, which preserves the asepsis along the entire production chain.
